At IMMENSIA, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. We currently ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira islands, the European Union, and, upon request, to other countries.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Mainland Portugal: approximately 1 to 3 business days

Azores and Madeira islands: 3 to 7 business days

EU countries: 5 to 10 business days

International orders: 7 to 15 business days, depending on the location

Shipping Costs

Mainland Portugal: shipping is free

European Union: costs vary by destination

Outside the EU: shipping is available upon request and may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

IMMENSIA is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If this happens, the customer may request a reshipment, assuming the additional shipping costs.
